Blame it on timing, blame it on Activision, or blame it on the critics, but EA's reboot of Medal Of Honor just isn't meeting the quality expectations it set for it self. What was once poised to take on the industry giant, Call Of Duty, now seems like it needs some DLC to fix the bugs in the game. In a recent interview, EA answered some questions about the game.

Speaking with Eurogamer, senior VP Patrick Soderlund says the publisher was disappointed with the quality of Danger Close’s game. “…I can say is the game didn't meet our quality expectations. In order to be successful in that space, we're going to have to have a game that is really, really strong.”

Soderlund went on to say that he did think that the game was unfairly criticized. “Medal of Honor is to some extent judged harsher than it should be,” he added. “The game is better than today's reviews are indicating.”
